What if I change my mind about a purchase?
You can request a full refund before the deal is finalized. Just tap "Refund" on the meeting details page. Refunds aren't available once the seller provides the code and the deal is complete.
What happens if the buyer or seller doesn't show up?
If a seller misses a meeting, they receive a strike on their account. If a buyer misses, the seller gets a "no-show" fee from the deposit, and the buyer is refunded the rest.
What if I believe I received a strike in error?
Mistakes happen. Contact our dispute team at dispute@lockndeal.com and we'll investigate.
What payment methods do you accept?
