What if I change my mind about a purchase?

You can request a full refund before the deal is finalized. Simply click the “Refund” button on the meeting details page. Please note that refunds are not available once the seller provides the code and the deal is complete.

What happens if the buyer or seller doesn’t show up for the meeting?

If a seller misses a meeting, they receive a strike on their account. If a buyer misses, the seller gets a “no-show” fee from the deposit, and the buyer receives a refund for the remaining amount.

What if I believe I received a strike in error?

We understand mistakes can happen. If you believe a strike was issued unfairly, contact our dispute team at dispute@lockndeal.com for investigation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Interac.
